ECDEMA–2025

The selected full papers will be published in conference proceedings with an ISSN (Scientific Vistas). Once selected, the corresponding author will be notified about the format of the full paper submission for the proceedings volume. Authors will get a free copy of the issue.

We would like to inform you that the last date of submission of your full paper presented at our last International Conference (ECDEMA-2025) has been extended to 17th January, 2026. You are requested to submit the same to the mail scientific_vistas@snggdcg.ac.in (in camera-ready form, Font: New Times-Roman, Font-size: 10, line spacing - 1, etc.). We may also mention to the authors of the papers that the length of your full paper must not exceed 5 pages (double column), including texts, figures, tables, references, etc. (a template is shared herewith for your ready reference). 
Please note that accepted papers will be published in a peer-reviewed journal, and so accordingly you may change the title and abstract of your paper. After acceptance of the papers, the corresponding authors will be informed in time. We would also like to mention that Rs. 700 (seven hundred only) is to be paid to our conference bank account for each accepted paper as processing fees for publication, and Rs. 50 (fifty only) for each color page (if any) is also to be paid.

N.B. : The hard copy of the jourrnal volume may be collected from our college.
