As an affiliated college under the University of Calcutta (CU), we strictly follow the rules, regulations, and academic guidelines prescribed by the University of Calcutta in all matters related to admission, curriculum, teaching–learning processes, internal assessment, end-semester examinations, evaluation, and declaration of results. All academic activities are conducted in accordance with the officially approved ordinances, regulations, and notifications issued by the University from time to time. In addition, the college also complies with the policies, directives, and regulatory frameworks of the Government of West Bengal, particularly with regard to admission procedures, reservation norms, fee structure, student welfare measures, and overall administrative governance.

The admission process is carried out through the prescribed online or centralized systems as notified by the University and the State Government, ensuring transparency, merit-based selection, and equal opportunity for all eligible applicants. Examination and evaluation procedures, including internal assessment, semester-end examinations, moderation, and grading, are conducted strictly as per University norms to maintain academic integrity and standardization.
