This is to inform that the students who are interested in applying for AIKYASHREE (FRESH and RENEWAL) are requested to complete their online application process first. After completing online application process, applicants are requested to be present in the college premises on 05.12.2023 (Tuesday) for verification with the necessary documents as mentioned below. Verification of documents will be done at Room no. S19 (Department of Mathematics, 2^nd floor) from 1:30 pm to 3 pm. This is the last and final date of verification at college level. No application will be entertained after 5.12.2023.

It is also to be noted that the last date for submission of application (fresh and renewal) for Scholarship under AIKYASHREE for the session 2023-24 are as follows:

Applicants should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies).

·        Filled up Printed Application Form of AIKYASHREE

·        DOB document (Admit Card of Class X)

·        Marksheet of Class X final examination

·        Mark sheet of the last qualifying examination (Class XII) / Marksheets of the last year (last odd and even semesters for Sem III and Sem V applicants)

·        Aadhaar Card

·        Recent Family Income Certificate (not older than 6 months) by the Competent Authority (BDO/SDO/Jt. BDO / BLRO (Panchayat Area), Executive Officer / Finance Officer / Education Officer in case of municipality, Commissioner / Dy. Com / Municipal secretary in case of Corporation Area, G.R-A Gazetted Officer).

·        Admission receipt of the recent semester

·        First page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details

·        Marriage Certificate (if married)

·        Endorsement Letter from HoD
