Grievance Redressal Cell
A grievance redressal cell is a mechanism established in colleges to address and resolve complaints or grievances from students, faculty, and staff. The cell typically consists of a team of members, including faculty representatives, students, and administrators, who work together to investigate and resolve grievances in a fair and timely manner. The cell may deal with issues such as academic grievances, harassment, financial issues, and infrastructure problems. The goal of a grievance redressal cell is to provide a fair and speedy resolution to grievances, ensuring that students and employees feel heard and supported.

Both offline and online modes of the grievance redressal system are there.
Offline mode:
A grievance box is placed in front of the Office of the Principal. Every week, in the presence of a student member, the grievance box is opened, and action has been taken accordingly.
Online mode:
After logging in using a username and password, anyone can raise their grievances online; the cell monitors it afterward.
