  • Ph.D work on Valorisation of food wastes by formulating functional food and techniques for bioremediation. Awarded INSPIRE Fellowship by Department of Science & Technology, Government of India (for Doctoral studies).

  • Gold medalist From University of Calcutta for securing 1st Class 1st rank in M.Sc.
  • Ph.D from Jadavpur University.

  • Encapsulation of functional components feom food matrix and study of their delivery and action
